For David, owning Mucklow's Fine Jewelry is a dream come true. Our Owner David Murray David Murray has lived in Fayette County for 21 years with his wonderful wife, 6 children, and 13 grandchildren. David entered the watchmaking business in 1987. Following 20 years in the wholesale watch business, David opened King’s Watch and Jewelry Repair in 2011, which continues today to serve clients with excellence. He has built, serviced, and repaired watches and jewelry for 30 years. People come to David for his expertise, but they always return because of his extraordinary service and integrity. David values treating family heirlooms with the utmost care and treating clients with honesty and honor. For over 14 years, David Murray also served as the watchmaker for Mucklow's Fine Jewelry . During that time he and Robert Mucklow enjoyed a working relationship with mutual respect for one another’s excellent craftsmanship, work ethic, and values for treating all team members and clients like family. Ongoing Legacy Robert knew he could trust David to carry on the Mucklow's Fine Jewelry legacy and to care for its family of team members and clients. At the beginning of March 2021, Robert Mucklow passed the baton of ownership of Mucklow's Fine Jewelry to David Murray. David shares, “My dream came alive again and God dropped the opportunity to pursue it right in my lap! And now, here I am, furthering a dream hidden in my heart because a friend challenged me to go after it, and right when I thought there was no way possible, God answered.” Murray’s ownership of Mucklow's Fine Jewelry is clearly meant to be. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund if it is: New and unused All diamonds certificates/appraisals are present at the time of return. Community Outreach Program Thank you for considering Mucklow’s Fine Jewelry as a potential charitable partner! We are fortunate to be able to partner with many different charities in Peachtree City, Newnan, Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. We give approved 501(c)(3) charities, regardless of size, the opportunity to receive a substantial donation from our business. We do have a limited annual budget for charitable contributions and once those funds are allocated, we will close the program for the current year. Contributions are determined and allocated at the end of each organization’s sign-up window. If our annual giving limit for this year has been reached prior to your sign-up window, we will let you know as soon as possible and encourage you to reach out to us again next year. Your Charitable Organization is Important To Our Community! We know you and those in your charitable organization are passionate about helping others. We would like the opportunity to meet them and personally thank them for donating their time and energy. That is why we created the Community Outreach Program. How Does The Community Outreach Program Work? We believe in keeping it easy. Step One: Complete the Online Community Outreach Charitable Partner Application. After 48 hours call 770-486-3400 to ensure the form has been received. Step Two: Get the word out! Let everyone in your organization know they can make a direct impact on the amount of your donation simply by coming into Mucklow’s Fine Jewelry and signing under your charity’s tab in our Community Outreach Program book. Your supporters simply have to be at least 18 years old, with a valid photo ID. They must sign under your charity’s tab in our Community Outreach Program book with their name, address, email address, and telephone number. Only those who have provided the four pieces of information will be counted. Everyone who signs under your charity tab will be added to our mailing list. Every individual must provide a unique email address. We can only honor two entries per mailing address. Mailing address must be local. The physical signup pages under your charity’s tab allow us to keep track of your progress. We will also provide your charity with a copy of the physical record at the end of the signup period so you can thank your supporters. Step Three: Decide how you would like to receive your donation. You have the option to receive the donation as a gift certificate (either one or multiple in amounts of $100 or greater) or use it to select in-stock merchandise for your event. Please keep in mind that we will need a few days to process the donation after your signup period ends. The Amount We Donate Is Completely Up To You And Your Members! Here Are The First Five Levels: Bronze Level – Receive a $100 gift certificate by having 5 people sign under your charity’s tab. Silver Level – Receive a $250 gift certificate by having 6 to 10 total people sign under your tab. Gold Level – Receive a $500 gift certificate by having 11 to 15 people sign under your tab. Platinum Level – Receive a $750 gift certificate by having 16 to 20 people sign under your tab. Diamond Level – Receive a $1,000 gift certificate by having 21 to 25 people sign under your tab. Ultimate Level – We continue to give from the 26th to the 200th person. Contact us for details. Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.) What are the dates the Community Outreach Program is open? The program is set up on a calendar basis starting January 15th and running through October 31st. How many days do we get to have our supporters come in to sign under our charity’s tab? Each charity can have a maximum 30-day window to get as many supporters as possible to come in and sign under your charity’s tab. We open our Community Outreach Program up from January 15th through October 31st in a calendar year. Your 30-day signup window cannot start prior to January 15th and must end by October 31st. You may pick up your donation after that date but the time for your supporters to come in must end no later than October 31st. We must receive your online submission form a MINIMUM of 30 days prior to the requested start of your sign-up window date in order for us to have adequate time to process your request and have you ready to go by your start date. Can we apply to be a Charitable Partner program every year? Absolutely! All you have to do is resubmit your application each year. Does the program reset each year? Yes. Your charity can apply once every year, and your supporters can sign up once every year. When can we pick up our donation for this year? Donations can be scheduled to be picked up at a prearranged time between January 25th and December 31st during regular business hours. Please keep in mind that we will need a few days to process the donation after your signup period ends. Can our members sign under more than one charity’s tab? No. Only one signup per person per year. In the event of a discrepancy, or attempt to sign up for more than one program, we will delete that individual from every list that year. Could someone sign under our charity’s tab online, by telephone, fax, email, or by telephone text? No. Only those who physically come into Mucklow’s Fine Jewelry. What if we can’t pick up our gift certificate before December 31st? Please contact us at 770-486-3400 before Dec 31st. Can someone else pick up our gift certificate? No. Only the person/persons designated on the entry form can pick up that charity’s gift certificate. Spouses, children of, relatives of, significant others of, or friends of the predesignated person/persons cannot pick up the certificate. Only the person/persons predesignated with proper photo ID can pick up the gift certificate. Can we pick up our gift certificate and put it in a blind auction/raffle it off / give it away? Absolutely, once you have physically picked up your gift certificate. Can I substitute the gift certificate for cash? No. The gift certificate is for jewelry, and services at Mucklow’s Fine Jewelry and cannot be redeemed for cash. Can any charity sign up for the Charitable Partner program? Only those 501(c)(3) charities that have submitted the Charitable Partner form and have been approved will be eligible. We make every effort to process the form within three of our business days. Could this program be subject to change? Yes. This program can be altered, amended, or terminated by Mucklow’s Fine Jewelry at any time without advance notice.
